Current status

Qianfeng Studio’s first software product is in development. No customer billing is active on this website, so there are no current subscriptions to cancel or payments to refund here.

Planned subscription approach

The intended business model includes free entry plans and paid monthly or annual software subscriptions. Before launch, each paid product will publish its exact prices, billing and renewal terms, cancellation steps, access after cancellation, and refund eligibility before a purchase can be confirmed.

Cancellation and refunds are different

Stopping future subscription renewals and requesting a refund of an existing payment are separate actions. The relevant product will explain both processes before taking payments. This pre-launch page does not establish a refund window for a service that has not yet launched.
